Synthesist Transformation Enterprise ("ST", "we", "us"), registered with SSM (PG0586128-K), Puchong, Selangor. This policy covers our website stmy.online, our online store, our templates, our Done-For-You services (delivered 100% online) and our physical classes. By using them or buying from us, you agree to this policy.

We never sell your personal data. We share only what each trusted service needs to do its job:

• Affiliates: if you buy through an affiliate link, the affiliate is credited for the sale. We don't give them your contact details.
• The law: when required by Malaysian law, a court order or a government authority.
• Business changes: if ST is merged or sold, we will tell you before your data moves.
• With your consent: for anything else, only when you have agreed.
🔐 Your Accounts During Done-For-You Work
• Done-For-You work is done 100% online. We use the logins or access you give us only for the work you ordered.
• Your handover PDF with your logins is sent only to you. We delete any passwords we hold once handover is complete.
• After handover, please change your passwords and turn on two-step verification. You own every account we set up for you.
• For SSM registration help, you complete the MyKad and selfie verification yourself on your own SSM account. We do not keep copies of your MyKad.
• Video calls are not recorded unless you agree first.
📍 Physical Classes
• We use your registration details to manage your seat and send you the venue, date and time.
• If a venue needs an attendee list for entry, we share only your name.
• We may take photos or short videos during class. We tell you before we start, and you can ask not to appear. We only post photos where you can be recognised if you agree.
• Anything you share about your business in class stays in class. Please respect other participants' privacy too.
📲 WhatsApp & Email Messages
• We message you about your order, booking or project, and reply to your questions.
• Tips, updates and offers are sent only if you agreed. Saying yes is never a condition of buying.
• To stop, reply STOP on WhatsApp, click unsubscribe in an email, or just tell us.

How do I ask you to delete my data?

Email or WhatsApp us with your name and the email or phone number you used. We confirm once it is done. Order and invoice records stay for 7 years because tax law requires it.

Is this site for children?

No. Our services are for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

What about links to other websites?

We may link to tools and sites we recommend. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Will this policy change?

We review it from time to time. We will tell you by email or a clear notice on our website before changes take effect, and the date at the top always shows the latest version.

⚖️ Limits of Our Responsibility
• No guaranteed results. We share tools, guidance and builds in good faith. Results such as Google rankings, leads, sales or income depend on many things outside our control and are not guaranteed.
• Liability cap. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ST for the product or service concerned.
• No indirect loss. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities or business interruption.
• Your part. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and materials you give us, for having the rights to use them, and for keeping your own logins and passwords safe.
• Third-party platforms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, fees or decisions by Google, Meta, Orderla, CHIP, Gamma or other platforms we build on.
• Events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages, illness or natural disasters.
🤝 If Something Goes Wrong
1. Talk to us first. Email or WhatsApp us and we will work with you in good faith to fix it within 30 days.
2. If we can't agree, either of us may refer the matter to mediation before taking further steps.
3. This policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are handled in Malaysia.

If any part of this policy is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
